Overview
This article explains how to update the credit card used to pay your monthly PushPress subscription fee. This is separate from managing payment methods for your members.
Who can do this: Account Owner
Where: Control Panel → Settings → Your PushPress Plan
How to Update Your Billing Card
Log in to the PushPress Control Panel.
Go to Settings → Your PushPress Plan.
Go to Payment Method and Invoices.
Stripe Interface will load.
Follow steps to enter your new card details.
Your new card will be used for all future PushPress subscription charges.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the "Your PushPress Plan" option in Settings
This option is only visible to the account owner — staff and admin accounts do not have access
If you need access, contact the person who originally set up your PushPress account
My card was declined after updating
Verify the card number, expiration date, and CVV were entered correctly
Check that your card supports recurring online charges
Contact your bank if the card continues to fail — some banks flag new merchant charges
I was charged after updating my card but the old card was used
If a charge was already scheduled or in processing, it may have used the previous card
Future charges will use the newly saved card
