Below is an overview of all login options available for PushPress Core, including where Admins, Coaches, and Members access the system.

This login is for Owners, Admins, Managers, and Coaches. All staff roles use the same URL to access the Control Panel.

Use this portal to manage all aspects of your PushPress system, including members, classes, billing, products, and reporting.

First-time login: Staff members will receive an invitation email with a link to set their password. If you haven't received an invite, contact your gym owner or admin.

The Member App is for members and staff checking into class. Members receive an invitation email when they are added to your gym's system, which prompts them to set up their account and password.

Note: The web version offers the same core functionality as the mobile app. However, for the best experience — especially for class reservations, payment changes, and notifications — the mobile app is recommended.

The Staff App is for Admins and Coaches. Staff log in using the same credentials as the Core Control Panel.

Members and guests do not need to log into this app — the app runs in Kiosk Mode at the front desk, allowing members and guests to check into class without any login required.

This app works best on an iPad at your front desk, allowing members and guests to check in quickly without any staff assistance.
