✏️ What You Can Edit on Your Own
You have direct access to the Webflow Editor for the following changes. To access it:
Log in to your Grow account
From the left menu, go to Website → Edit Website → Edit Yourself - this will take you to Webflow and you can login from there

Once you're in, here's what you can do:
Text and copy edits, Program details- Update written content on your pages, including headlines, descriptions, and general page copy. Click the pencil icon on any text block to edit directly.

Coach bios - Add, update, or remove coach bios under CMS → Coaches. You can edit name, title, bio, qualifications, and social links.

Blog posts - Create and publish blog content under CMS → Blog Articles → New Blog Article.

⚠️ Before you finish: Always click Publish in the upper-right corner of the Webflow Editor, then check your live site to confirm everything looks correct.
🛠️ What to Request From Our Team
For anything beyond the self-edit list above, submit a request using the PushPress Website Editor (powered by BugHerd). You can access it from your Grow dashboard under Website → Edit Website → Request Edits → Option 1 - look for the BugHerd widget in the bottom-right corner of your site.
Here's what our team handles:
Font size and color changes
Image swaps on static or program pages
Adding amenities, additional locations, or featured programs
Reordering sections or adjusting whitespace
Adding Google Analytics tags or Meta/Facebook Pixel
Form pop-ups
Hero section background videos (must follow compression and hosting best practices)

H1 SEO title updates (must follow the format: [Gym Type] in [City, State])
Need a new page? Request it through your Grow dashboard under Website → Edits → Add Pages. Pages available include:

🚫 What Falls Outside Our Scope
Grow websites are intentionally templated to perform - not to be fully custom. The following are outside what our team can accommodate:
Fully custom layouts or page-by-page design work
Structural layout changes (no carousels, custom-built sections, or requests to replicate another website's design)
Removing Core calendar time slots or reservation links
Adding private programs or filtered calendar views
Extra CTAs added to the navbar or homepage hero section
Map styling changes (e.g., black and white maps)
💡 For context: a fully custom website typically starts around $5,000 in setup fees plus ongoing maintenance costs. Your Grow website includes design, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support - all included in your plan.
