Setting up your domain

We highly recommend using Google Domains to manage your domains.  After registering your domain with Google Domains, you will see a screen that looks like the screenshot below.

  1. Click on "My domains" on the left side of the page.
  2. Then click on the DNS icon. This is where you will tell the internet where to go when looking for your website.

Once on the DNS Settings page make sure the Name Servers are set to "Use the Google Domain name servers".

If you've just registered a domain:

  1. Then, scroll down to "Custom Resource Records".
  2. Add a NAME labeled "@" with a TYPE of "A" alone and in the DATA field, enter 52.7.138.67.
  3. Add a new record with the NAME labeled "www" with a TYPE  of "CNAME" and in the DATA field enter  sites.pushpress.com .

If you've already registered a domain:

  1. Then, scroll down to "Custom Resource Records".
  2. Edit the existing NAME labeled "@" that has a TYPE of "A" and change the DATA field to 52.7.138.67.
  3. Edit the NAME labeled "www" if you have one and change the TYPE  to "CNAME" and change the DATA field to  sites.pushpress.com .
