The Member may say something to the effect of "Please cancel my plan right at the end of this billing period". This is how you do that.

  1. Navigate to the Member Profile page on Control Panel.
  2. Use the context menu (3 dots) on the Plan they want to cancel, select 'Cancel Plan'
  3. Toggle 'Cancel Immediately?' to NO.
  4. Set 'Cancel Date' to the exact same date as the next bill date for this plan.
  5. Click, 'Cancel Plan' to confirm.

Result

This will automatically cancel their plan on the Cancel Date and they will not be billed again. They will still be able to check-in to class/gym up to and including the cancel date.
