PushPress will automatically insert a signature field at the bottom of the document to be signed. However, if you want to make your documents extra legally defensible you can add checkboxes for the member to agree to.

Use the 'check' icon in the tool bar when creating or editing the document to add where appropriate.

You can also change the label by altering it in the content of the waiver.
