Where is that message coming from? In this article we will show you how you can use a tool to pinpoint where a message is coming from

Ever wonder where a specific email or SMS message is coming from in Grow?

You've been given all these workflows, and you've probably made some yourself, but trying to figure out which specific workflow a message is coming from isn't as tricky as you may think.

More than likely you've gone the route of checking all active workflows and inactive workflows to try to find the 1 message in particular. This process is arduous, and you have members to attend to!

In this article I am going to show you a quicker way to figure out "Where did that message come from"


1. From the contact's profile, or conversation page locate the messages you want to look into

2. Once you've located the message that you want to determine "Where it came from" hover over the message to reveal the 3 dots in the upper right corner

3. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the message

4. Click on Details

5. After clicking the "Details" you will see a screen pop up similar to the one below

6. Click the blue link "Automation (Workflow)" to be taken to the specific workflow the message came from
