In your Grow account you have the option to turn of marketing emails and messaging to clients; DND

In your Grow CRM account, you have the option to enable Do Not Disturb (DND) functions. Basically, this will not opt someone out of all communications, it will only opt them out of marketing type bulk emails, or messaging; messaging you send to a large group. DND wont stop 1:1 communications.

To setup DND, here's what you can do:

2. Click on Contacts

3. Locate the client that you wish to turn on DND

4. After selecting the client, scroll down to the DND section

5. You can choose DND for All Channels

6. Email, SMS, GMB or Facebook

7. After you make the DND selection, make sure you hit "Save"
