Currently, the preloaded "Weightlifting Benchmarks" cannot be edited, and that list cannot be modified. The preloaded benchmark includes all the major lifts in 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Rep Maxes.

If you want to create custom weightlifting benchmarks, like an 8 rep max or 20 rep max, we recommend creating a custom benchmark category - you can call it "Gym Lifts" or something similar.
