Train - Reset Password for an Invited Client
If your client has been invited but not yet logged into Train you can manually reset their password with the following steps

Note - this option is only available for new users to Train by PushPress who have been invited to the system but not yet logged in. If the client already has an account you will not see the option to reset the password.

1. On Train by PushPress click on Coaching > Clients

2. Sort by "Invited"

3. This will give you a list of all the Clients in your gym that have been Invited but not yet logged in

4. Click on the options menu for the Client you'd like to reset

5. Click on Reset Password

6. Manually type in a password for your client in both fields

7. Click on Reset Password

8. You should see a success notification in the top right of the window

Now go ahead and let your client know the password that you reset this to.

9. When they login for the first time they'll be prompted to update their password
