Train - How to Create a Personal Training Program
This quick guide will help you set up a program for 1 to 1 in person or remote online coaching.

1. Select coaching.

First, select Coaching from the left hand side bar.

2. Select "Workout Programs".

Then, select "Workout Programs" from the options that drop down.

3. Click on Create Program.

Then, click on Create Program.

4. Select Personal Training.

A window will pop up and you'll need to select the type of program you want to create. In this case,  you'll select Personal Training.

5. Select the client we want to add to this program.

Immediately after that we need to select the client we want to add to this program.

6. After you click the person icon, select the box for which client you would like to add.

7. After that selecting make sure you click "confirm".

As you can see I added "Mike Test" and that is the name of the program. After that,  make sure you click "confirm".

8. Now we can check to see our new program. Click on Workout Programs.

9. Then, click on all programs.

Then,  click on all programs.

10. That will bring up Personal Training, click that.

That will bring up Personal Training, click that.

11. You can see the newly created program is in you "Personal Training" program list.

And you will be able to see your newly created Personal Training program!

12. Click on Go to Workout Builder to start your 1-1 program.

13. Now program your first workout in the program!
