Have you ever seen the big signs that say "Text 12345 to receive your Free....."? It's a great way to get quick opt-ins and leads in your system to get them to claim an offer. Now, with a custom workflow you can achieve this. Here's how:
2. Click on "Automation"
3. Find the menu bar across the top
4. Click on" "Create workflow"
5. Click on: "Start from scratch"
6. Click on: "Create new workflow"
7. From inside the new workflow, create a trigger
8. Create the trigger from the menu
9. Click on: "Customer replied"
10. Click on: "FILTERS" and create step 1: "Reply channel SMS" and step 2: Contains phrase
11. Step 1: Reply channel
12. Step 1: channel is SMS
13. Step 2: Click on "Contains phrase"
14. Step 2: Enter the "key phrase" you want to use. NOTE: this is case sensitive
15. Click on: "Save Trigger"
16. Build out your workflow steps with SMS or emails as needed
17. When workflow is complete: go to Draft/Publish
18. Click on: "Publish"
19. Click on: "Save"
