After you have added a staff member you can choose 3 different levels of access. Those are Owner, Manager, Coach. Definitions of each are included below.

Owner - This is your account holder and has full access to the Train account

Manager - This is used for roles Head Coach or GM. They have access to Coach level permissions and also financial reporting

Coach - This is used for your coaches to view, edit, enter programming into Train. They will not be able to see financial information.

Primary Contact - This can be set for individual coaches and will include them in any communications sent directly to your business. This includes a copy of all outgoing emails sent by the system
