There are 4 automated ways a contact will enter your system:
Contact completes a form on your website
Contact books and appointment from your calendar
Contact starts a conversation with you from your website chat widget
Contact purchase a specific plan in your PushPress Core system
You can find your forms in Grow under Campaigns > Form Builder. To get started, you will need to embed these forms on your website (click here for more on forms).

Contact Us Form
You can find your calendars in Grow under Settings > Calendars. To get started, you will need to embed the calendar on your website or send a link directly to a contact (click here for more on creating calendars).
Note: As of 7.1.23 we recommend utilizing the Appointments V2 Calendar in Core for a better user experience

You can find your chat widget in Grow under Chat Widget. To get started, you will need to embed the widget on your website.

Purchasing a Plan
When a contact purchases a plan in your PushPress Core system they will be automatically added in your Grow system.
Note: during setup, you will determine which plans you would like to send into your Grow account.
