In this article, we will cover how your contacts enter Grow and where they go from there

Overview

There are 4 automated ways a contact will enter your system:

  • Contact completes a form on your website

  • Contact books and appointment from your calendar

  • Contact starts a conversation with you from your website chat widget

  • Contact purchase a specific plan in your PushPress Core system

Forms

You can find your forms in Grow under Campaigns > Form Builder. To get started, you will need to embed these forms on your website (click here for more on forms).

Common forms and what they do:

Contact Us Form

  • Starts the Workflow - Contact Us

  • Moves the contact to the "New Lead" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Rates Form

  • Starts the Workflow - Rates

  • Moves the contact to the "Rates Request" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Cancellation Form

  • Starts the Workflow - Ex-Member

  • Moves the contact to the "Former Member" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Calendars

You can find your calendars in Grow under Settings > Calendars. To get started, you will need to embed the calendar on your website or send a link directly to a contact (click here for more on creating calendars).

Note: As of 7.1.23 we recommend utilizing the Appointments V2 Calendar in Core for a better user experience

Appointment is confirmed

  • Starts the Intro Appt Scheduled w/ Reminder

  • Moves the contact to the "Appointment Booked" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Appointment does not show

  • The user updates the appointment status to "No Show"

  • Starts the Intro Appt - No Show

  • Moves the contact to the "Appointment No Show" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Appointment shows up

  • The user updates the appointment status to "Showed"

  • Starts the Intro Appt – No Sign Up After

  • If the contact purchases a membership plan within 72 minutes (by default), they will be removed from this workflow and added to the "New Members" workflow.

  • If the contact does NOT purchase a membership plan, they will move onto the next steps in this workflow.

  • Moves the contact to the "Needs Follow Up - Didn't Buy" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Chat Widget

You can find your chat widget in Grow under Chat Widget. To get started, you will need to embed the widget on your website.

Contact starts a chat

  • Starts the workflow Chat Widget Messaging

  • Moves the contact to the "New Lead" stage in the Membership Sales Pipeline

Purchasing a Plan

When a contact purchases a plan in your PushPress Core system they will be automatically added in your Grow system.

Note: during setup, you will determine which plans you would like to send into your Grow account.
