You can change the payment type for any recurring plan from cash to card at anytime before the next bill date.
If they have a Credit Card on file already, that will be an available choice, if not you can request or add a credit card first.
- Go to their member detail page
- Use the context menu next to the plan you want to change
- Select 'Change Billing Method'.
- From the modal select the new billing source (cash or card on file)
- Save changes.
