Select Plans Menu.
Select 'Create New Plan' from right rail menu.
Add Name, Description and Additional Info (optional)
Select 'Punchcard' for the Type.
Fill out the rest of the parameters depending on how you want to manage your drop-ins.
In landing page section choose book class as redirect to have them automatically sent to schedule to reserve spot in class and sign waiver
What if I don't want to charge for Drop-ins? thats totally fine. Set the charge amount to $0. We still recommend you get drop-ins to sign up for this plan ahead of time so you have all their info in the system which allows them to check-in to class and gets them waivered up.
"Trial Membership" : set this to NO because you don't want them going into your lead funnel.
"Are People Who Buy This A Member?" : Set this to NO. Typically someone who drops in is not considered a member. This will skip the steps of them establishing an account which is typically unnecessary. It will also help with your data when trying to figure out how many recurring members you actually have, they should not be included in this. You will still be able to access their info through PushPress though if you need to or at a later date you want to convert them into a member.
"Public" : Set this to YES. Typically you will want to sell this plan on your website, it needs to be public to do so.
"Total Check-ins" : Set this to 1. This will allow the person to check-in and use this plan 1 time. Unless you are a super generous gym you could allow multiple check-ins for this and can up it to however many you like.
"Expire Punchcard in" : Set this to 2 weeks, in general you want to always have an expiration on punchcards. It's uncommon for Drop-ins to purchase a plan further than 2 weeks in advance.
