Credits are used to charge for each appointment. A typical use case is selling a package of 10 Personal Training sessions. You would sell a block of 10 Credits to a Member which will be designated for a specific appointment type and if you have that appointment type setup with individual coaching rates, you will select the coach the appointments will be used with.
There are a couple of ways to add Credits to a Member.
Adding on the fly while scheduling
This is a good way to do it for an existing member with a credit card on file and you are ready to book an appointment.
- Go to 'Schedule An Appointment' from main menu.
- Use the Schedule Time box in the right rail to set the parameters for the appointment.
Adding Credits to a Member when they are not ready to schedule time
Good for selling an existing member multiple credits at a time. Typically used if you are selling a Private Training package of multiple sessions.
- Start from Member Profile page.
- Click 'Add Appointment Credits' in right rail.
- Select Appointment Type, Staff Member, Number of Credits, Price per Credit and Billing Method.
- Click 'Add Credits'.
On-boarding a new Member
Typically used for new members starting off with a FMS or block of private training sessions
- Click 'Add New Member' from Members page
- Input email, and name, click 'Create'
- Input Billing Information, click 'Save'. or 'Cash Member' button if they are paying with cash.
- Select 'Appointment Credits' from Type dropdown. Click 'Continue'.Select Appointment Type, Staff Member, Number of Credits, Price per Credit and Billing Method.
- Click 'Add Credits'.
