Before you start scheduling Appointments with your members you will need to do a couple of things to set up.

Define your Appointment Types and pay rates. Info here.

Get all your Staff to Google connect from Integrations page.

You can use this without google connecting staff calendars, but its much better and functional if each staff member google connects as we can use that calendar to see their availability.
