- Apple ID (email associated with your Apple Developer Account)
- Team ID (10 digit alpha-numeric)
- Team Name (official name on your Apple Developer Account)
How to find the above information:
- Login to https://developer.apple.com/
- Click on Membership (left navigation button)
- Team Name & ID will be displayed on right.
Once we get this info, we will kick off the transfer request.
