Before You Begin
To book an appointment in the Members App:
The appointment type (example: 30-Minute Training) must already be created in Core.
The member must either:
Have an available appointment credit, or
Be allowed to purchase an appointment credit.
If no credit is assigned, the member will be prompted to purchase one before confirming the appointment.
Book an Appointment Using an Existing Credit
If the member already has an appointment credit:
Step 1: Navigate to Appointments
Open the Members App.
Tap Schedule.
Select the Appointments tab.
Step 2: Select the Appointment Type
Choose the appointment type (example: 30-Minute Training).
Select the profile showing available credits (example: 1 credit available).
Step 3: Choose a Time & Confirm
Tap Schedule.
Select an available date and time.
Tap Confirm.
You will see a confirmation screen displaying:
Appointment date and time
Assigned staff member
Attendee details
If a credit is available, the appointment will confirm immediately.
Book an Appointment by Purchasing a Credit
If the member has 0 credits, they can purchase one during booking.
Step 1: Select the Appointment
Go to Schedule → Appointments.
Select the appointment type.
Choose the profile showing 0 credits.
Step 2: Purchase the Credit
Tap Purchase.
Select the available package or session option.
Enter or confirm payment information.
Complete checkout.
Tap Continue with Booking.
Step 3: Confirm the Appointment
Choose an available date and time.
Tap Confirm.
Once payment is successful, the credit is immediately applied and the booking is confirmed.
View Your Appointment Details
To confirm or review your appointment:
Go to Reservations in the Members App.
Locate the appointment under the scheduled date.
You’ll see:
Appointment type
Date and time
Assigned staff member
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I see any appointments available?
Possible reasons:
No availability has been added by staff.
The appointment type is not active.
Booking windows are restricted.
Contact your gym if you believe availability should be visible.
Why does it say “0 credits”?
This means there are no appointment credits currently assigned to the account. You can purchase one during booking if enabled.
Do I need a credit before booking?
Yes. An appointment must have a credit attached before it can be confirmed.
