Features like Workout Builder view options, Hot Keys, and the ability to quickly copy and paste workouts make creating and managing programming easier than ever. These tools allow you to focus less on setup and more on delivering high-quality training experiences for your members.
Workout Builder View Options
Expanded View vs. Collapsed View (Default):
In Train, you can adjust the Workout Builder view to expand and display both the Workout Title and Description. This option provides a clearer overview, making it easier to review and edit workout details at a glance.
Font Size:
Train allows you to toggle between two preset font sizes, giving you the flexibility to adjust based on screen size and personal font preferences. This ensures an optimal viewing experience, whether you’re using a larger display or a smaller device.
Hot Keys for Faster Programming
Train offers a range of built-in hot keys to help you quickly navigate and perform actions within the Workout Builder. To view the full list of available hot keys, simply click on the keyboard icon in the Workout Builder. These shortcuts are designed to save time and enhance your programming workflow, making it even easier to manage your training plans efficiently.

Quickly Copy, Paste, Delete, or Modify your Programming
Train’s intuitive Workout Builder streamlines your programming process by allowing you to quickly edit, copy & paste, and modify workouts with ease. These features are designed to save you time and enhance efficiency, so you can focus on delivering top-notch training for your clients.
Edit Workouts
Edit: This opens the quick edit window which would be the same as a "Quick Add" where you can modify the Score Type, Title, and Workout Description.
Advanced Edit: This opens up the full detailed builder for the workout, the same as the "Detailed Add"
Copy Workout Options
Copy to Next Week: You can copy the workout you have selected to the same day next week.
Copy to Date: Copy the workout you have selected to any date you choose.
Copy Entire Day: Copy the entire day of workouts to another day.
Copy Entire Week: Copy the entire week of workouts to another day.
Duplicate Day_Time: You can duplicate the day for a selectable number of times.
Copy to Date: Copy the workout you have selected to any date you choose.
Swap Days: You can take the current day and another day that you choose and swap them for each other.
Insert_Days Before: Add blank days before the selected block. This will shift this workout and all future workouts forward.
Note: For the copy options below you can choose which Workout Program to copy these workouts to as well as the day/date.
Delete Workouts
Delete: Delete the workout.
Delete Entire Day: This deletes the entire day of workouts.
Note: there is currently no undo option once workouts are deleted, copied, or modified.
