The Member may say something to the effect of "Please cancel my plan right at the end of this billing period". This is how you do that.
- Navigate to the Member Profile page on Control Panel.
- Use the context menu (3 dots) on the Plan they want to cancel, select 'Cancel Plan'
- Toggle 'Cancel Immediately?' to NO.
- Set 'Cancel Date' to the exact same date as the next bill date for this plan.
- Click, 'Cancel Plan' to confirm.
This will automatically cancel their plan on the Cancel Date and they will not be billed again. They will still be able to check-in to class/gym up to and including the cancel date.
