How To Cancel a Member's Plan

Use the cancel feature when a member does not plan on resuming that plan at any point.
Note: set the cancel date to 1 day BEFORE the member’s next bill date

  1. Go to member detail page

  2. Find the plan they are on you want to cancel

  3. Click the contextual menu on the plan (3 dots)

  4. Select "Cancel Plan"

  5. Set Cancel Immediately to Yes if you want to cancel them today, if not toggle to No

  6. If, "No" you can set a cancel date in the future which will set their plan status to 'Pending Cancel'

  7. Hit "Cancel Plan" button for changes to take effect.
