View Member's Appointment Credits
Access the Member’s Profile:
From the Core dashboard, navigate to People > Members.
Alternatively, use the search bar to locate the specific member.
Within the member’s profile, select the “Appointment Credits (NEW)” section.- You can also use this section to manually adjust or troubleshoot session credits for the member, ensuring their account reflects accurate balances.
Here, you’ll find a list of their appointment credits, both active and expired, under the “Credits” tab and their appointment history under the "Appointments" tab.- If discrepancies are observed, take appropriate actions like updating session credits or investigating expired credits as needed to maintain account accuracy.
Managing Session Credits
PushPress offers versatile features to manage session credits, including allocation, adjustments, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless tracking and usage.
Adjusting Session Credits for Packages
When members purchase a session package, you can directly manage their remaining sessions. For example:
Assign the package to the member.
Navigate to the session credits section under their profile.
Manually adjust credits to represent the remaining balance, ensuring the member's total is accurate.
Allocating Personal Training Credits for Packages
Unlike punch cards, personal training credits must be included in configured plans (recurring or non-recurring). To allocate these credits:
Set up the plan in the system.
Specify the number of training credits during configuration.
