In the PushPress application, program administrators often need to manage various features such as workout programs, tracks, and scoring divisions. A frequently asked question concerns whether deleting these elements affects member scores or workout histories. This article outlines what happens when such entities are removed and clarifies how member data is preserved.

When you delete a program, such as a Memorial Day program, the scores recorded by members for workouts within that program remain intact. These scores are tied directly to the workouts themselves and not the program. Therefore, removing the program will not delete the associated scores.

If a scoring division is deleted, the scores linked to that division will no longer appear on the leaderboard; however, they will still be retained in each member's account. This ensures that member data remains accessible for individual review, even if it is no longer visible in shared views like leaderboards.

When you delete a workout import program, the workout results previously attributed to members through that program are not deleted. These results remain part of each member's workout history, preserving the data for historical reference and other uses.

When an old workout track, such as a CrossFit track, is deleted, members' workout histories will not be lost. All historical workout data attributed to members will remain and can still be accessed individually.

The PushPress platform is designed with a focus on data preservation. Actions such as deleting programs, tracks, or divisions affect how data is displayed (e.g., removing it from leaderboards or shared views), but they do not erase the data from member histories.
