How Auto-Recharge Works
Auto-Recharge helps ensure your business never experiences message or call interruptions.
Auto-Recharge Components
Threshold: When your balance reaches this level, a recharge is triggered.
Recharge Amount: The amount automatically added to your wallet when the threshold is reached.
Funding Source: Your saved payment method on file.
Example
Threshold: $25
Recharge amount: $100
When your balance hits $25, Grow charges your card $100, bringing your wallet balance to $125.
You can also make manual top-ups at any time.

FAQs
Why did I get charged even when no one was texting?
Phone numbers have recurring monthly fees, and carriers may assess periodic compliance charges.
Why do MMS cost more than SMS?
MMS messages include media and are billed at higher and variable carrier rates.
What happens if auto-recharge fails?
You’ll see an alert in Wallet.
Update your payment method and manually add funds to resume service.
Can I cap my spending?
You can disable auto-recharge and rely solely on manual top-ups.
However, messaging and calling will pause if your wallet runs out.
For better control, set:
A low threshold
A smaller recharge amount
Are undelivered messages refunded?
Carrier pass-through fees are generally not refundable once submitted.
To minimize failures, review delivery logs and ensure compliance.
