How can I manage workout program access for members in PushPress Train?

Managing workout program access for members in PushPress Train involves assigning programs to appropriate membership plans. This ensures that workouts become visible within the member’s app.

Additionally, visibility rules play a crucial role. Workouts marked as "plan access" are only viewable by members assigned to the respective plans, ensuring targeted access for each plan's members. Moreover, all staff members in PushPress have visibility over published workout programs, regardless of plan-specific settings.
Follow the steps below to grant access:

Steps to Assign Workout Program Access

  1. Logging into PushPress: - Access PushPress on a desktop or web browser (the feature is not available in the Train app). - Navigate to the 'Train' section.

  2. Accessing Daily Programs: - Go to Coaching > Daily Programs. - Click on the 'Manage Daily Programs' option visible in this section.

  3. Managing Plan Access: - Find the 'Manage Plan Access' button (located at the top-right corner of the page). - Use the dropdown menu to select the relevant plan. - Add the desired workout programs by selecting them from the list. Ensure you assign all necessary programs for that plan. The submitted changes will allow members on the selected plan to view these workout programs in their app.

Additional Notes

  • Assigning workout programs to a membership plan is necessary for members to see and access their workouts in the PushPress app.

  • This process must be done through the desktop/web version of PushPress as the Train app does not support managing plan settings directly.

  • Keep the member’s assigned plan up-to-date to ensure they can access the correct workouts.

  • Hidden workout results are accessible only to coaches who can provide feedback or reactions. Regular members won't see these hidden results, ensuring privacy.

  • Visibility in PushPress is role-based: Members see workouts tied to their plans unless hidden, coaches can access hidden results, and staff can view all published workouts.
